Having lived in the United States for my formative years, I rapidly acquired English as my native language. I completed my bachelors in Biology from Duke University and my Masters in Infectious Diseases from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. I presently work as a research grant writer for a prestigious NGO in Pakistan. I have won many writing awards throughout my life and am currently writing a short story as well as a collection of poems.
